Huion Kamvas 24 Pro jumping cursor problem
Hi there, I'm still having a jumping cursor issue wherever I lift the pen from the screen. As the pen reaches the distance detection limit, the cursor jumps to the right screen randomly and performs ghost clicks. This is especially annoying when working with pen and mouse.
I contacted the store (Huionshop.es) and they got me 4 months trying useless methods like "replacing the pen nib, reinstalling the drivers, trying in another computer... etc" and I even waited for 3 straight months for a tablet replacement, which has the same issue as the old one. I just don't rely on Huion customer's support anymore. If there's anyone who found a solution, please let me know, I suspect it's a driver issue if's not a faulty design product.
I've spent 6 months of mailing, sending videos, waiting for a reply, and even 2 months where my old tablet was "lost" in the Dutch custom's. All I can say is this device IS NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE, the Huion brand itself.

This is the third time already...
- Windows 10 x64 build 21H1 (also tried with the previous one, doing a fresh install)
- Driver: 15.3.19.174, also tried with 2 previous ones
- It's happening on the desktop, it's not program-related.
- Sending the video, you could see I have PSD and extra space on the upper section, because if I don't do this, the mouse auto clicks in the right corner, popping the exit program menu. All the actions did in the upper right corner are not performed by me, just random jumps.
Also tried:
- I changed the nib tip
- I tried on a different computer
- I got a replacement tablet from my vendor, which is doing mostly the same.
- I tried all the actions related to "hovering issue"
Hi Xfightdemonx, thank you for providing the video and the requested information. After reviewing your tickets, you've mentioned that you are using 3 displays, the Kamvas Pro 24 being the 3rd one. Can you please check whether your computer display settings are correct by checking this article: How to Set the Duplicate Mode or Extend Mode on Windows While Using Huion Pen Display?
Among the steps in the said article, I would like to stress the arrangement of your displays and make sure that the top of all your displays are aligned as seen below:
Moreover, please open your tablet driver and check whether your tablet is using the full area as shown below:

I did all the steps following the link you provided, also put the Kamvas pro in the position you suggested, and it was behaving exactly in the same way.
I unplugged all the monitors except Kamvas 24 and I started the computer using the tablet as a single monitor. I'm sending you a video with the results. The cursor started to move like crazy just by putting the pen over the display, no matter if I clicked in it or not, just by "detecting" it, was jumping like crazy all along the right border.
