Kamvas 22 plus and MacBook Air 2020

I recently bought the new MacBook Air. Since there is no HDMI or USB-A port I used the USB-C to USB-C. I plugged it in and the pen display shows no signal. I know the USB-c to USB- c works since I used it on my surface go and iPad. Any solution to this?
  • Hi Rebecca chung, may you please check whether your USB-C to USB-C cable was plugged into the second USB-C port on your tablet? Kindly refer to the image below:

You can refer to this article on how to connect your tablet to your computer: How do I connect the Huion Kamvas 22/Kamvas 22 Plus to my computer?

If you have connected the said cable to the right tablet port and still got no signal, it is possible that your cable may be broken. Please send the following to service@huion.com for further assistance:

    • Your tablet's serial number which can be found at the back, right after S/N
    • Your order number when you purchased your tablet
    • A video of your cable connection from your tablet to your computer and then turn on your tablet so we can see the no signal error on your tablet display

  • Hi, After troubleshooting for a few days and speaking with a Genius Bar specialist we came to a conclusion that the tablet is not fully compatible with MacBook M1. Surprisingly the USB-C started working after the the HDMI stopped working on my MacBook. But all the cables works with a pc laptop. Also I was emailing customer service not long ago and they stopped replying.
  • Hi Rebecca chung, we've sent a reply to you however, I believe our emails got bounced due to the current issue we are having with Gmail account users. The last reply we've sent was asking for a video of the flickering issue you experienced. Kindly capture your cable connection from your tablet to your computer as well and send the video link to us, service@huiontablet.com. Thank you.
