Kamvas Pro 13 screen glitching

Hello, I bought the Kamvas Pro 13 in May, and at first it was working well, no problems. Today all of sudden it only showed a dark screen, but I managed to fix somehow. I came back to work and again all of sudden the display stopped working, it was freezed on the image, and it was covered by colored dots and the brightness started to be very low. After a while I tried power the display on, but I it was divided in 2 pieces, one black and one white with the logo. Unfortunately I didn't took a picture of it. And I trying to install again the driver and reconnect again the wires, but now it's just shows this ⬇️⬇️. I don't know what to do, is there a solution for this?

  • Hi Ylenia Casali, thank you for sending the video and for all the information you've provided. Have you tried adjusting your tablet display brightness from the On-Screen Menu (OSD) settings? If you haven't, may you please try doing so or try to restore the display to factory settings? Do you have access to another computer unit? If you do, kindly check if the display issue is the same. 


    Looking at the video you've provided and from the steps you've done so far, and if adjusting the display settings and trying a different computer still do not fix your issue, it is possible that your tablet's backlight is broken. Thus, the dark screen. However, the frozen display on your screen needs to be checked further. May you please change your computer display to duplicate (or mirror for MacOS) mode and see if your tablet's display remains the same?

  • Hi, thank you so much for answering. I tried all the methods that you told me, but nothing changes and the screen is always dark. I have to send it to a place where someone can fix this problem, but I live in Italy and I don't know where I should go to fix the grafic table, how do I move?

    1. Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    2. Order number
    3. Link where you purchased your tablet, if you didn't purchase it from our official online store
    4. Link to your video
    5. A short summary of all the steps you've done
