My press key button on my pentab (HUION h640p) didn't work

So i wanted to use my pentab (Huion H640p) to do my job but, when i opened the drawing apps my pen, the shortcut button on my pen still worked properly there is no issues but, when i try to use the button on my pentab there are no buttons works on my pentab, i have checked the driver and it said that "device connected" , i tried to reinstall the driver and the result still same. What should i do ?? *Sorry for the quality and the noise

Hi Neunzig, thank you for providing your video. May you please check the following:
1. Does your tablet driver detect your tablet as connected or does it show "Device disconnected"?
2. Please check whether your tablet's press key switch is not locked. This lock is found on the side of your tablet near our company name. If your press keys are on the left, the lock should be on the right side of your tablet.
May I know which driver version did you install? Does the press key button not working in all of your applications or just on specific applications?

1. Yes the tablet driver detect my tablet 2. ah i just check the press key locked on the side of your company name and now the buttons is working again Thank you for your support
