Having trouble/struggles with trying to get warranty

So.. I really need to know how to get warranty.. I'm not really sure if I still have the warranty or not.. Because I am having trouble with my pen.. I really want a new replacement for my pen right now because the pen isn't working on the tablet properly anymore.. The tablet's still fine.. But it's just the pen
  • Hi Avocady Chan, kindly send the following to service@huion.com so we can test your pen's performance using our QC software:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number
    • Your computer operating system
    • Version of the tablet driver you are currently using


    If we verify that your pen is broken, we will gladly help you with your tablet replacement.
