Huion Tablet lights keeps blinking

Hi, I recently bought the H320M and I've been using it now for weeks.

In my recent use, my tablet starts flickering its light multiple times and my computer cannot detect the tablet. I have installed different types of drivers to see if they work but all of the drivers read it as disconnected.

Before I started using the tablet, I updated my antivirus software and got a premium trial after its update. I don't know if this might be the case but I really need help. Thanks.

    If your issue is not resolved, please send the following to so we can assist you better:

    1. Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    2. Order number
    3. Your computer operating system and version
    4. Version of the tablet driver currently installed on your computer
    5. Link to a video of your tablet's issue. Please capture the driver and the tablet's light. On the video, please try using the tablet on your drawing program so we can check if it works or not. You can send the video through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and just share the link with us. Please remove the restrictions on the video as well so anyone can access it.

  • Hello, I have sent the steps you've instructed me. I'm also going back to the shop to see if they can find the problem with it. I think it has to deal with the tablet itself.

    I've returned it to the shop years ago and I never got a word from it but my guess it was a defect since I bought it recently at that time and after weeks of using it started to malfunction. 

    Before going to the shop/retailed seller, download the drivers first and to the most updated ones and I would suggest emailing the official Huion team with the list of instructions provided in the chats above.

    Since I got it recently (at that time), I got a warranty when I first bought it from the shop and tried fixes such as updating the drivers and troubleshooting the problem. If there's no good, send it back to the shop/seller if you've got the warranty for it.
