Huion Kamvas 13 flickering screen issue
Hello, I just got my Kamvas 13 today and works just fine, I just noticed the screen flickering between normal colors and very bright colors... I don't want this to damage my tablet, so can anyone help me? Is there a solution for this?

Hi Alvaro José, thank you for the videos. Does this happen even when you are using a different drawing program or even if you don't open any programs? Does the flicker only happen in your tablet and not your computer screen?
Please make sure that you connect your tablet to a power source that provides a stable power connection. If you have access to another computer, kindly try connecting your tablet to a different computer and check if the flicker still happens. If it does, there are 2 possible causes of your issue; cable connection or your tablet itself. If replacing the cable does not resolve your issue, then the issue is caused by your tablet. Hi Alvaro José, if your tablet works fine with a different computer, kindly check your computer's HDMI port if it's working well by connecting a different display screen. If the port is working well, please check your display driver or graphics card driver. You may need to update these drivers.

Hello, I'm facing a problem with my tablet from a year when I buy it, my screen multiple of times become black when I start and I want to use my tablet, and its work randomly I didn't find a way to fix it. Also many times it works but My PC do not detected it.
Hi Tigirllile, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the tablet. May I clarify with you if your tablet model is kamvas 13. How do you connect the tablet to your computer, use 3in1 cable or USB C to USB C cable? If you use 3in1 cable, do you plug the power cable directly into wall outlet? Does the driver show "connected" when the issue appears.
