kamvas 13 not turning on
the solutions i have encountered in the website is for no signal and black screen. However, my problem is that the kamvas 13 itself is not turning on, no LED light on the power button. It was working only for a day and when i unplugged the cables, it wasn't working anymore. the kamvas itself is brand new, i received it on 12th feb and it does nit work on 13th feb.
Hi Lev, kindly try to reconnect your tablet and if you're using the 3-in-1 cable, please connect the red USB end directly to a power adapter and plug it to a wall socket. If the power button still won't turn on, either red or green, please try using a different power adapter and make sure that you connect the 3-in-1 cable to the upper USB port on the tablet; the port near the letters "O" and "N". If your tablet still won't turn on, it is possible that your 3-in-1 cable is defective. Please inform us through your ticket so we can further assist you from there.
