Kamvas 16 - Works fine on laptop, No Signal on desktop

I'm able to use my Kamvas 16 on my laptop, but whenever I try plugging it into my desktop I just a 'No Signal' message, then 'Power Saving', and then just a black screen.  Both the laptop and desktop are MSI machines with all updates completed and I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing the Kamvas drivers multiple times.

Can anyone help me to get the tablet to work with my desktop PC as well as my laptop?

  • Hi Lindsay Mitchell, when plugging your tablet to your MSI desktop, kindly make sure you plug the HDMI to the video card; not to the motherboard.
