PW517 Stopped Working

My PW517 has stopped working completely. It is unresponsive when trying to draw or use the buttons. I have tried changing the pen nibs but the problem still continues. The only other thing that I have noticed is the pen nib is loose and it may be damaged.

  • Hi Cody Strong, it is possible that you have not inserted the pen nib properly that is why it is loose and the pen does not work. May you please try to take it out again and insert it again? When you insert the nib, you will normally feel when the nib is firmly inserted. If this does not resolve your issue, please send the following to service@huion.com to be further assisted:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
    • Order number
    • Link to a video as you replace the nib and as you try to use the pen on your tablet. Please send the video through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and make sure that you remove the restriction so anyone who has the link will be able to access it.
