Security code was not matched by the processor

I’ve tried to order a Inspiratory H1161, and all went smoothly until when I tried to pay, I was given the error “Security code was not matched by the processor” and asked to re-enter my details, but I found that the money had been charged. Has my order been processed or have I just been charged for nothing?
  • Hi Tree, this type of error usually happens when the CVV code entered was incorrect. If the money was charged, it may have just been a hold on the funds which will be released in 24-48hrs if the order was not successful. Kindly check again after 48hrs and please send an email to service@huion.com with the amount charged to you, the date and time when you processed the order, the email address you used on the order.
