Security code was not matched by the processor

I’ve tried to order a Inspiratory H1161, and all went smoothly until when I tried to pay, I was given the error “Security code was not matched by the processor” and asked to re-enter my details, but I found that the money had been charged. Has my order been processed or have I just been charged for nothing?
  • Hi Tree, this type of error usually happens when the CVV code entered was incorrect. If the money was charged, it may have just been a hold on the funds which will be released in 24-48hrs if the order was not successful. Kindly check again after 48hrs and please send an email to with the amount charged to you, the date and time when you processed the order, the email address you used on the order.
