kamvas 13 no signal

I have tried all options in FAQ articles and still have no signal. It will function as a pen tablet but no display. It immediately goes into power saving mode. It is connected to a power source in addition to the usb and hdmi cables on the computer. I use a desktop running windows 10.

Hi Rebecca Pressley, does your desktop have a dedicated video card? And have you connected the HDMI end of your 3-in-1 cable to your graphics card and not to the motherboard? Can you please send a video of your cable connection here so we can check on it further?
