1060plus (8192) not responding to replacement pen


I'm running Windows 10 Home and it is not in S mode. It is fully up to date with Windows updates.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the correct version of the software and drivers. I've made sure my anti-virus is off and all programs were stopped during install.

All the tablet buttons all work correctly and the tablet is showing as connected in the tablet software.

I purchased a replacement pen, a PW100, to use with it and it just doesn't seem to be working.

I've opened Windows Ink to test it and the pen just seems to do nothing.

What have I missed? Did I buy the wrong pen? Have I missed a set-up step? Do I need to try something else?



  • Hi Robert McGregor, I'm sorry to let you know that the PW100 pen is not compatible with 1060Plus (8192). The right pen of your tablet is the rechargeable pen PEN80 which you can purchase from this link: Huion Rechargeable Pen PEN80.
