1060plus (8192) not responding to replacement pen
I'm running Windows 10 Home and it is not in S mode. It is fully up to date with Windows updates.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the correct version of the software and drivers. I've made sure my anti-virus is off and all programs were stopped during install.
All the tablet buttons all work correctly and the tablet is showing as connected in the tablet software.
I purchased a replacement pen, a PW100, to use with it and it just doesn't seem to be working.
I've opened Windows Ink to test it and the pen just seems to do nothing.
What have I missed? Did I buy the wrong pen? Have I missed a set-up step? Do I need to try something else?
