NO RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM
Hi, I bought Kamvas 13 last December 25 and it worked fine for a week and then it suddenly won't turn on. I plugged all the cables properly but it still doesn't work. I emailed the support team regarding my problem, sent a video of my pen display and all the information needed like order number and serial number, etc. It has been 3 days and there is no reply from them. My ticket said that it's being processed and has an agent assigned but there's no update from them. I also tried the chat option but it said the team was currently offline.
Is there anybody here who can help me?
