Pen on the huion pro 12 (maybe)

We bought my daughter the drawing pad last Christmas and for the past 3 months she has been complaining about the pen lagging. When she begains to draw, the pen stops creating an image ie not completing a circle, line. WARNING I am not very tech savvy and have read some problems posted and have no idea what they are talking about. She has tried her tablet on another computer and it does the same thing. The computer she is using is a desktop, not a Mac
  • Hi Supercooper 9902, kindly try the following steps so we can determine what caused the issue:

    1. If you have installed the driver, please properly uninstall the driver by clicking on the "Huion Tablet Uninstall" app on your programs or through the Control Panel.
    2. Unplug your tablet from your computer then plug it back in after a few seconds and test if your pen is still having issues when using it without the driver. 
    3. If it works fine without the driver, it means that your issue was caused by the driver so all you need to do is reinstall the driver. Make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer when do so, your antivirus is turned off and all your drawing programs are closed. You can refer to these links on how to do so:
    4. If your tablet still has issue even without the driver, please try to:
      • Change your pen nib with a new one
      • Plug your tablet to different USB port
      • Try connecting to a different computer, if you have access to a different one, and check if the issue remains the same
    5. If the steps above do not resolve your issue, it is possible that it is caused by a faulty hardware piece; pen, cable, or tablet itself. Please send the following to service@huion.com so we can test your tablet using our software:
      • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet, right after S/N)
      • Order number
      • Version of the driver you've installed (list all versions you've tried)
      • Your computer's operating system and version
