Kamvas 13 not working

I just bought a Huion Kamvas 13, it arrived a few days ago. I followed all the instructions to install my tablet, but despite that, it does not work. It is just working as a second monitor, I can not use the pencil and the USB will not recognize the connection at all. I also tried installing older versions of the driver, but it seems to be useless. I have been trying a lot of ways to make it work, followed Youtube tutorials once I noticed the manual will not help me, but whatever I did it, it was useless. I'm considering a refund or return because it is exhausting to be fighting all this time to use a product that is NEW and should be easy to install.

  • Hi Dylan Marc Thomas, are you using the 3-in-1 or the USB-C to USB-C cable? If you are using the 3-in-1 cable, please make sure that you plug the black USB end to your computer. This end is responsible for the data connection between your tablet and your pen to your computer. Make sure that your computer's USB port is also working well. 


    Does the tablet driver show "Device connected"? Kindly try to uninstall the driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, then plug it back in. Then test if your tablet works even without the driver.
