Hi Aulin Ling, when you say your 420 tablet won't turn on, do you mean that the mouse cursor won't move when you use your pen? Since your driver is detecting your tablet as connected, it is possible that the issue is with your pen. You can refer to these videos that may help resolve your issue:

my hw1040 tablet isn't turning on
Hi Ren Monet, I'm sorry but we don't seem to have an HW1040 model. We do have WH1409 that comes in 3 versions; the WH1409 (2048), WH1409 (8192) and WH1409 V2. Is this the model you are referring to? If it is, which version do you have and have you tried using the USB cable instead of the wireless receiver?

my tablet wont turn on either. i use the WH1409 and it suddenly stopped working. usb cable doesn't even make it turn on. wtf?
I ordered Huion Kamvas 13 last December 25, 2020, from Lazada Philippines. It was working fine for a week and then it suddenly won't turn on. I plugged all the cables properly but it doesn't work at all. The red light in the power button is also not showing. Can you help me with this? I emailed the support team but I haven't heard from them. I am worried that my money will just go to waste.

Hi Karina Sims, kindly try using a USB different cable and check if it works. Also make sure that your computer's USB port is functioning well. I dropped my H640p with cable attach yesterday and the window said it can't recognize the usb or isn't functioning properly. I tried different cables but it's still the same.
Any possibilities that my tablet is broken or my cable is broken or maybe both?
Hi Sakura Phang, I'm sorry to know that you dropped your H640P tablet. When you connect your tablet to your computer, does the tablet driver show "Device connected"? Does the tablet's light turn on when you press the buttons or tap the pen on the tablet's surface?
If the tablet driver do not recognize your tablet as connected even with different cables, I'm afraid your tablet is broken. Unfortunately, dropping the tablet is not covered by the warranty since it is caused by human error.

My Tablet Model GT -156 HD stays with a black screen and the on button won't turn green when clicked. It says my device is connected and my pen works despite it helping up against the left side of my screen. What Should I Do?
My new huion tablet worked fine when plugged in for a couple weeks. Today when I connected it to my computer the computer says it is connected, if I push the power button on the tablet it will show an image on the screen that says, "no signal" and then goes to sleep. After going into sleep the light around the button stays red. I have tried to unplug it and turn it off etc, but haven't gotten it to stay "awake" and mirror my screen.

Hi Belanna Blackburn, if your cable connections are all correct, please check whether your computer's HDMI port is working fine by connecting a different display screen. If it works, try testing your tablet on a different computer if you have access to another unit. If the tablet still shows "no signal", it is mostly likely that your cable is broken.
