huion 950p express keys not working

 i tried re installing the driver but they still arent working

  • Hi Vyusti Mayekar, may you please check if your tablet driver is showing "Device disconnected"? If it does, please try to follow the steps found in this article: What To Do When Huion Driver Shows Device Disconnected?.


    Kindly answer the following questions as well:

    1. What driver version have you installed?
    2. What is your computer's operating system? 
    3. Does the tablet's light light up when you press the keys?
    4. Does the tablet's light light up when you tap your pen on the tablet's surface?

  • Hello, I have the same tablet and the same issue. The driver says the device is connected.

    - My OS is Windows 10.

    - I have the most recent driver (from July, just updated).

    - The tablet lights up when my pen is near, but NOT when I press the keys.


    The express keys don't work across a multitude of programs. Everything else is normal.


    Is there any other solutions I might try?

  • my tablet buttons stoped working too but its not a lock problem

  • i think they died when i updated it because it started disconnecting and reconnecting and used like 9 gigs of ram at one point

    i shouldn't have updated it now buttons don't work and there are memory leaks

  • Hi eta mitlu, did you recently update your operating system? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your tablet driver, or updating it to the latest version? Which version are you currently on? 

    Kindly try these steps:

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the driver, or install the latest version
    2. Use your tablet without the driver (ensure you unplug and re-plug your tablet after uninstalling the driver), and check if your tablet works without the driver
    3. Use another cable
    4. Plug your tablet into another USB-A port
    5. Try using another computer, if you have access to another unit

    Please let me know if the steps above fails to resolve your issue so I can create a ticket for you and we can test your tablet further.

  • I tried all of the options already and it doesn't work the problem started when I updated to the latest version of the driver and the tablet broke it eats ram when connected to any Computer and it doesn't stop growing till the computer crashes connected it to a computer with no drivers it still does the same thing
