H610PRO(8192) no longer working on macbook

For some reason, my tablet will only work while the computer is starting up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, I've tried giving the tablet the necessary allowances through system preferences,  I've tried getting a new tablet pen, I've tried restarting the computer several times, and yet nothing works. The huion app says that the tablet is connected, and the little light on my tablet that shows that the tablet is registering pressure, yet the computer itself won't register the movement... please help?

    1. What MacOS version are you using? 
    2. Are you using an adapter in connecting your tablet to your computer?
    3. May I know what pen model you purchased?

    Kindly try the following to help us determine the cause of your issue:

    1. If you are using an adapter, please try connecting your tablet without it if possible or try using another adapter.
    2. Try connecting your tablet to another port.
    3. If you have access to another computer, please try it with another computer and check if it works.
    4. Try using your pen with and without the charging cable.
