Tablet works but there is a issue
I’ve had this tablet for about a year, the Kamvas pro 12 and I plugged it in and everything. My Mac Book pro told me that it didn’t recognize the huiontablet driver. So I deleted the old one and reinstalled the new driver. It worked the screen came on like normal but when I started using it, the mouse would stay on my laptop rather than the tablet like it Supposed to. I have included images and a video of me using the tablet if that helps. Thank you.
Hi Riley McLaren, are you able to open your tablet driver? You can change your tablet's work area by following the steps found in this article: How to Set Your Tablet Display Work Area.
If you can't open your tablet driver due to the error message you've encountered, please follow the steps below:
After you've properly installed the latest driver for your tablet, set your work area so your pen will work on your tablet and not on your computer screen.

Hello my product is the huion h320 inspirory ink, i need some assistance with it. When i first got the tablet i was using it perfectly, until one faithful day i tried to use it but for some reason, if I were to hover my stylus above the tablet it would already sense my stylus. This made extremely difficult to draw on there, im guessing this is a feature, if not i need assistance because with this thing on i just unable to draw good quality pictures, i could really use some aid. Does the issue the same even in other programs?
And have you dropped your pen? If you have, the drop could have caused this issue and damaged your pen. Thus, in this situation, your warranty is not applicable and you need to purchase a new pen. Here's the link just in case: Huion Battery-free Pen PW100. But if you have not dropped your pen and the steps above did not resolve your issue, we have to check your pen further using our software. i just bought my self the Huion kamvus 13 and the tablet works great but when i download and try to open the app a pop up says "Huion Tablet is damaged and can't be opened.You should move it to the trash." i have tried downloading versions 14 and 15 but none of them work. please help thanks
Hi Piano Party, are you using a Windows computer? If you are, when you download from our official website, the file is compressed (Zipped) so you have to uncompress it first before running the installation. Kindly try to download it again and make sure you have completely downloaded the file before uncompressing and installing it. Please don't forget to turn your antivirus off, disconnect your tablet from your computer and close all your drawing programs while installing the driver.
