Mac closes Huion app

I've had my pen display tablet (GT-220 V2) for about 8 months now and never had any problems.

Today I connected my tablet correctly like any other time but when I click on the huron app to calibrate the pen sensitivity, my mac say that it closed the program unexpectedly and shows me a report that they will send to huion. I updated my mac and the driver for my tablet and I unplugged everything, let it sit for 30 mins and after I reconnected everything and clicked on the huron app it still says that it closed the program for the tablet and shows me the report again.

  • Hi Joshua Longin, thank you for posting your issue. Kindly follow the steps below to reinstall your tablet driver:

    1. Since you can't open your tablet driver, manually delete it by moving the Huion Tablet folder to the trash and removing TabletDriverAgent from this link: Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility
    2. Unplug your tablet from your computer and restart your computer
    3. Install the latest driver for your tablet which you can download from this link: Huion GT-220 V2 Tablet Display Drivers
    4. Reinstall the latest driver for your tablet by following the steps found in this article: How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS. Make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer, your antivirus is turned off and all your drawing programs are closed when installing the driver.
    5. After the driver is installed, connect your tablet to your computer and check if the driver shows "Device connected". If it does, tap your pen on your tablet. Make sure that the Huion Tablet and TabletDriverAgent apps are checked in Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility.

    Best Regards,
