Pen not working, but the display is
I have a Huion 16 pro tablet and pen that has worked fine for 4 months. As of 2 days ago, the pen stopped working, even if the device was connected. I reinstalled the driver a few times, replugged and unplugged, restarted my computer, and using new adapters (I am using a macbook pro, which only has two charging ports). Sometimes when the tablet driver labels the tablet as disconnected, the pen works. I dont know what else to try.
Hi rilee harris, may I know what driver version you are using? Just a couple of days ago, we received reports about issues on our driver version 14.4.4. If you are using the said version, kindly follow the steps below:
After your properly install the latest driver, test your tablet if your pen works this time and is working fine.
