My oen isnt working i dont know why I just got it last june

Hi Yisun Buyayo, based on what you've stated on your ticket, since you've already reinstalled the driver, kindly answer the following questions:
What driver versions have you installed so far?
What computer operating system are you running on?
Does your tablet driver show "Device connected"?
Please try these steps so we can narrow down the cause of your issue:
Uninstall the tablet driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, then plug it back in. Try using the tablet without the driver. Does it work without it?
If it does, then the issue is caused by the driver.
If it still doesn't, then it may be caused by either a broken pen, defective cable, defective USB port on your computer, or defective tablet.
If the pen works without the driver, then just reinstall your driver by following the steps found in these articles (Driver Download Link: Huion HS64 Graphic Tablet Drivers):
NOTE: Make sure that your tablet is not connected to your computer as you install the driver, your antivirus is turned off, and all your drawing programs are closed.
If your pen does not work even without the driver, we will further assist you through your ticket since we will need more information from you and we need to test your tablet further to determine the cause of your issue.

I have already tried deleting the drivers and and re installing it again as well trying unplug and replug yet still my pen is still lagging to the point I cant use it and the buttons still wont work

They admit the batteries in the pen are defective , the process they put you thru is a hassle .Good luck
Cant be all pens ,ONly ones with certain serial numbers

I have sent the video you wanted .it did not go thru for some reason it cant be delivered.And i have know i dea how to fix it. I did exactly what you asked .Is there any other way to send the video ?
