Tablet Light Status Dimming and Pen Not Responding Correctly

hello, i currently have the huion q11k V2, which i purchased a little over a year ago, however when i try to use the pen on the tablet the light status keeps dimming and the cursor keeps lagging. for instance, i’d make a few strokes and then at some point the cursor will freeze up and then start working again. i’m not sure what this problem is called? i already tried changing nibs, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of the driver, running as administrator, calibrating the tablet, checking pen pressure settings, unplugging and replugging the USB, charging the tablet, and restarting my PC, and the problem is still not fixed. I know the problem is not my drawing software because the pen lags like this on any screen. Is there any way you’d be able to identify the problem and suggest any alternative ways to fix it? thank you.

  • Hi Hasshen Zahan, thank you for providing all the steps you've done so far and the video of your issue. The dimming of your tablet's light is normal when you touch the pen on your tablet's surface. However, the broken lines you experience when you draw is not normal. Have you tried your tablet without the driver and if you have, is the issue the same? If it is the same without the driver, then it is most likely that your pen may be broken. 

    I will create a ticket for you so we can do one final test on your pen before we can arrive to a conclusion. I will further assist you through the ticket.
