Kamvas 13 Random Disconnection

Hi, When I am using my tablet, at random times it would just disconnect for no reason.I set up everything correctly but it would randomly disconnect and I would have to pull out the cable connected to the Kamvas 13 and connect it back this is really annoying because whenever I draw on Krita when it disconnects, the image in my head would disappear and I would have to start over please help me.
Hi Boston Tham Ye Feng, as what I understand, the issue is resolved after you reconnect the cables? If so, I will convert this post to a ticket so we can request more information from you and if we confirm that your cable is defective, we will send a replacement cable to you.
