Problem with my HS611

I just got the HS611 tablet just as yesterday and a few hours after using it, it just wont connect to my computer I unplugged and plugged the chord in. I restarted my computer everything, I just don't know what's going on it wont connect at all.

    1. What computer operating system and version are you running on?
    2. What driver version/s have you installed?
    3. Does the driver show as "Device connected"?
    4. If you are using a Mac computer, have you added the necessary apps to your whitelist? Please check this article: How to Install Huion Driver on MacOS
    5. Does the tablet work without a driver installed? Please try to properly uninstall the currently driver, unplug your tablet from your computer, and plug it back in after a few seconds. Then test if it works without the driver.
    6. Does the tablet light turn on when you touch the pen on the tablet's surface?

    Please try the following:

    • Try connecting the tablet to a different USB port on your computer
    • If you are using an adapter, please try to use a different one
    • If the tablet driver is showing as "Device disconnected", please try using a different cable and check if it will resolve the issue
    • If you have access to a different computer, please try it with a different one and check if the tablet works fine in another computer
