I downloaded the driver, all was well. But then I went to open it and it said that it couldn't open because the maker was unknown. What should I do?

Hi Saoirse, may I request for a screenshot of the error you've encountered? Kindly provide the following information as well:
- Your computer's operating system and version
- The driver version you've installed
- Your tablet's serial number (found at the back side). I only need the first 7 digits from the left.
