Huion has stolen my money and won't deliver my item.
So basically, after waiting about 11 days with my item not coming at all, I went on their site since I haven't got one email from them about my item, and I go check my ticket status and I noticed I had a message waiting for a reply only to find out that this company needs an EORI Number or Vat Number/ proof of payment, with a billing address and such. Now I had my PayPal invoice/receipt that said everything they wanted on it so I sent it to them.
I'm not sure if I'm talking to a real person, but could anyone tell me what a EORI Number or Vat number and where can I get one, I'm just one guy, trying to purchase a pen since my pen for my GT 190 somehow broke, and I literally have a month left to finish all my digital work for college for me to get into university and I'm getting messed around for no reason.
Cheers.

Concerning our EORI request, an EORI number means a number, unique throughout the European Community, assigned by a customs authority or designated authority or authorities in a Member State to economic operators and other persons. You can read more about EORI through this link: http://www.eori.eu/eori-general-information/.
We hope you can provide this information so we can deliver your order soon.
