my tablet is not working properly

My tablet incorrectly transfers the position of the pen to the computer. I set it in the settings so that it works from corner to corner, but each time it “shifts” the screen in some direction, because of which, on the one hand, the pen goes out of the screen, and on the other does not reach the end, and I didn’t succeed set up the tablet correctly (before the driver update, it worked correctly

  • i was working with my kamvas 13 a month ago it worked great but today i wanted to work on it but it had troble conecting to my computer the button turnd red and two messages appeared on the screen the first saying no signal and the second said power saving. I tried all kinds of things to solve the problem but nothing worked

    what should i do?
