Pen330 doesn't work

Hi,

I just bought my GT 221 Pro tablet and my pen does not work.

I recharge overnight and still not working.

In my tablet came two pens and with both the same thing happened.

Do I need to configure something else?

Hi Julisa, thank you for reporting your problem. There are several reasons why your pen does not work. Thus, there are some troubleshooting steps we have to perform to verify the cause of the issue. Please send the following information to service@huiontablet.com:
1. Product Serial Number (found at the back of your tablet)
2. Purchase Order Number
3. Link where you purchased your tablet
4. A video showing your problem clearly (kindly send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Google Drive and please make sure you grant permission to anyone who has the link).

Hi,
I nearly got the same Problem. I also have the GT 221 Pro tablet. One of the tow pens doesn't work.
Seems like the pen is just not chargeing. Using it with cable does work, but that's not a good workflow.
The other Pen is working perfekt! I'm drawning a lot an one of the reasons to buy the tablet was the second pen. Is there something I can do?

If your pen works well while connected to the charging cable but won't work if not connected, it means that the Li-Ion battery inside the pen no longer holds a charge. If you are still within the 1-year warranty period, kindly send the following information to service@huiontablet.com for further assistance:
- Product serial number (can be found at the back of the tablet)
- Purchase order number
- Link where you purchased your tablet
- A video that clearly captures your issue. You can send it through WeTransfer or Google Drive (please set the video to grant permission to anyone with the link)
If your tablet is no longer covered with the warranty, please feel free to purchase the pen from this link: Pen PE330 for GT-221 Pro tablets.
