Pen330 doesn't work
Hi,
I just bought my GT 221 Pro tablet and my pen does not work.
I recharge overnight and still not working.
In my tablet came two pens and with both the same thing happened.
Do I need to configure something else?

I nearly got the same Problem. I also have the GT 221 Pro tablet. One of the tow pens doesn't work.
Seems like the pen is just not chargeing. Using it with cable does work, but that's not a good workflow.
The other Pen is working perfekt! I'm drawning a lot an one of the reasons to buy the tablet was the second pen. Is there something I can do?

If your pen works well while connected to the charging cable but won't work if not connected, it means that the Li-Ion battery inside the pen no longer holds a charge.
