HS610 not recognized
My Huion tablet worked the first day I got it; the driver downloaded correctly, the tablet worked like a dream. However, the second day of owning it and trying to use it, the driver did not recognize the tablet at all. I tried the other USB port, and un-installing and re-installing the driver several times, and have tried connecting the tablet finally again today (three days later) and it still was not recognized by the driver. I'm not sure if I should send it back and get a refund or what.

If you have but the issue is not resolved, we see 2 possible causes; defective cable or defective tablet. We will reply to your ticket so we can further test your tablet.
