Photoshop and h610 pro v2

Hello,i bought a tablet huion h610 pro v2 and istalled the drivers from this site.the main problem that Photoshop doesnt work.when i open it,tablet stop working and i cannot draw on it.i will be thankfull for ur help!

Thank you for reporting your problem and I'm sorry to know that your tablet won't work with Photoshop. I would be happy to assist you.

Kindly answer the following questions so we can determine the root cause of your problem:
- Does your tablet driver show "Device connected" when you connect your tablet to your computer? If it does, please try to uninstall the driver and try the tablet without the driver.
- Does the tablet light turn on when you touch the pen to the tablet surface or when you press keys on the tablet?
Kindly send the following information to our support email, service@huiontablet.com:
- Purchase order number
- Product serial number
- Link where you purchased your item
- A video showing your problem clearly. You can use a phone to record your tablet and your monitor.
