Problem with the screen

Hi! I'm having a problem with my Huion Kamvas pro 13's screen. When I turn on it a message of "No signal Hdmi" appears in the screen and this turn off. I still can use the pen in a normal way but I can't see anything in the table's screen. I've updated every drivers but it still not work... Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot!
  • When using my drawing tablet it keeps going black and then get error messages

When you see your tablet showing a black screen or "No signal", kindly try the troubleshooting steps in this article: What to Do If Your Huion Pen Display Shows A Black Screen or No Signal. If doing so does not solve your issue, there may be something wrong with your HDMI/DMI/VGA or 3-in-1 cable. If this happens, please take a video of your problem and send it to service@huiontablet.com, together with your purchase order number, product serial number and the link where you purchased your product.   • When i turn on my  Huion Kamvas pro 16 2019 with my laptop, it didn't show any window or Clip studio's except latter's desktop  and when i move my cursor far off laptop's screen, it literally goes into Huion's. So help me

  • Hi Intoner A, thank you for reporting your issue. Are you using your displays in extended mode? If this is the case, kindly set your work area correctly by following these steps:

    1. Open your tablet driver and drag it to your tablet screen using your mouse.
    2. Go to "Work Area". On "Select Current Display", choose the display for your tablet.
    3. Click "Apply" or "OK".

  • Hello, I have the same problem than Intoner A : my tablet only shows the backgound of my laptop and when my mouse goes far from the laptop's screen,  it goes in the tablet. My tablet is new and I can't take the advices of Orliza Amodia cause i'm on a Mac and a Huion Kamvas pro 13.

  • I have a no signal on my tablet when I plug in the HDMI. I tried it on another computer and it works fine. I tried a different HDMI and i plugged it into my tv from my laptop and it worked fine. Not sure if it's my computer, if i have to update anything, or neither. Thank you if you can help!

  • Hi Cloé Soft, kindly check out this article for Mac: How to Set the Mirror Mode or Extend Mode on MAC While Using Huion Pen Display?. After you've set the display, kindly follow the same steps on your tablet driver:

    1. Open your tablet driver and drag it to your tablet screen using your mouse.
    2. Go to "Work Area". On "Select Current Display", choose the display for your tablet.
    3. Click "Apply" or "OK".

  • Hi Gwwah ., kindly try the steps found in this article: What to Do If Your Huion Pen Display Shows A Black Screen or No Signal. If this do not resolve your issue, kindly send the following information to service@huion.com:

    1. Purchase order number
    2. Product serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
    3. Link where you purchase your tablet
    4. A video that clearly shows your issue. You can use your phone to capture your cable connections and as you turn on your tablet. Please send your video through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive and make sure you grant permission to anyone who has the link to be able to view it.

  • I have all the information but I am just not sure what a purchase order number is. I have a Huion Kamvas Pro 13. I ordered the tablet back in November.

  • Hi Gwwah, purchase order number is usually found in the email confirmation you receive after placing the order. If you purchased it from Amazon, you can login to your Amazon account and click on "Your Order".

  • Buenos días, me ha surgido un problema con la tableta gráfica modelo GT-191V2 resulta que al usar el lápiz es como si siempre tuviese presión haciendo un trazo continuo en cuanto se acerca a la pantalla sin que el lápiz presione esta y resulta muy incomodo ¿como lo puedo solucionar?

  • Hola, Abraham Claramunt Navarro , lo que estás experimentando es el problema del desplazamiento del lápiz. Por favor, intente los siguientes pasos:

    1. Cambie la punta del lápiz por una nueva y asegúrese de insertarla firmemente. (Nota: las nubes de polvo en la punta del lápiz también provocarán el problema de desplazamiento del lápiz).
    2. Asegúrese de que no haya otros productos electrónicos como computadoras portátiles o teléfonos móviles cerca. Si los hay, guárdelos y vea si ayuda, ya que el problema de desplazamiento del lápiz también puede ser causado por interferencia electromagnética.
    3. Desinstale el controlador y pruebe la tableta (sin un controlador instalado) para ver si el problema persiste. Esto puede ayudar a determinar si este problema es causado por el controlador.
    4. Si ha dejado caer el bolígrafo accidentalmente. Lo sentimos, pero este tipo de daño causado por el hombre está fuera de nuestra garantía. Le sugerimos que compre un nuevo bolígrafo en nuestra tienda oficial ( Huion Battery-free Pen PW500) o Amazon.


    Si no dejó caer el bolígrafo y los pasos 1 a 3 no resuelven su problema, envíe la siguiente información a service@huion.com:

    • Número de serie (que se encuentra en la parte posterior de su tableta)
    • Número de orden de compra
    • Enlace donde compró su tableta
    • Un video que captura claramente tu problema. Puede usar su teléfono para grabar el video y, si el tamaño del archivo es superior a 20 MB, envíelo a través de WeTransfer o cárguelo en Dropbox o Google Drive. Si lo carga, asegúrese de eliminar las restricciones para que cualquiera que tenga el enlace pueda verlo.

    Hi Abraham Claramunt Navarro, what you are experiencing is the pen hovering issue. Please try the following steps:

    1. Please change the pen nib with a new one and make sure to insert it firmly. (Note: Clouds of dust on your pen nib will also result in the pen hover issue.)
    2. Please make sure there are no other electronic products like laptops or mobile phones nearby. If there are, please put them away and see if it helps, since the pen hover issue may also be caused by electromagnetic interference.
    3. Uninstall the driver, and try the tablet (without a driver installed) to see if the problem still persists. This can help determine if this problem is caused by the driver.
    4. If you have dropped the pen accidentally. We are sorry about that but this kind of man-made damage is out of our warranty. We suggest you purchase a new pen from our official store (Huion Battery-free Pen PW500) or Amazon.


    If you haven't dropped your pen and Steps #1-3 do not resolve your issue, please send the following information to service@huion.com:

    • Serial number (found at the back of your tablet)
    • Purchase order number
    • Link where you purchased your tablet
    • A video that clearly captures your issue. You can just use your phone in taking the video and if the file size is more than 20MB, please send it through WeTransfer or upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive. If you upload it, please make sure that you remove the restrictions so anyone who has the link will be able to view it.

  • Hola buen dia, un cordial saludo. 


    Hace como 3 semanas aproximadamente adquiri una tableta grafica HUION Inspiroy Dial Q620M, los primeros dias que la usaba todo iba de maravilla, hacia mis trabajos sin interrupciones, pero desde hace unos dias para aca a veces se demora mucho para entrar o no terminar de cargar la apps. 


    Agradezco puedan ayudarme con este inconveniente, quedo atento a sus respuestas, saludos...

    1. Versión del controlador de la tableta que ha instalado
    2. El sistema operativo de su computadora
    3. El programa de dibujo que está utilizando y su versión. Proporcione todos los programas de dibujo y las versiones que está utilizando.


    Antes de encontrar el problema, ¿actualizó algo en su computadora como una actualización del sistema operativo o una actualización del programa de dibujo?

    3. The drawing program you are using and its version. Please provide all the drawing programs and versions you are using.
