If you are having trouble using the pen to open folders or applications by double-clicking them on your Windows computer, there may be an issue with the sensitivity of your mouse or touchpad.
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on the "Hardware and Sound" option.
3. Click on "Pen and Touch".
4. Click on "Double-tap".
5. Click on "Settings".
6. Adjust the Spatial Tolerance to the largest setting.
7. Click "OK".
8. Click "Apply". Please note that the changes will not take effect until you click "Apply".
