Delayed Response in Microsoft Office Applications

Have you experienced a delay or no response when you minimize, maximize or close your MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other Microsoft Office applications while using the Version 15 driver on a Windows computer?

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open "Control Panel" and select "Hardware and Sound".
   
   
2. Click "Pen and Touch" and the setting window will pop-up.
   
   
3. Choose the "Press and hold" Pen action option and click the "Settings..." icon.
   
   
4.  On the "Press and Hold Settings" that pops-up, enable the press and hold for right-clicking option then click "OK".
