When using a Pen Display with the Nintendo Switch

HUION Pen Displays can be connected not only to PCs, but also to Android devices and Nintendo Switch. To connect to Android devices and Nintendo Switch, you need a genuine Huion USB-C to USB-C cable. When connecting to Switch, you will also need a separate power supply for the Pen Display.

Example: The following is used with Kamvas 13.

  1. Connect the USB-C plug of the power cable (USB-C to USB-A cable in the above image) to the port on the top right side of Kamvas 13.Connect the other end to the power adapter.
  2. Just connect Nintendo Switch and Kamvas 13 with the USB-C to USB-C cable.
  3. It's just that you can use the pen tablet as an LCD display. You can play games like this▼

You can change the screen color and other settings even when connected to the Switch▼

(You can adjust brightness and other settings in the tablet's OSD menu)

In other words, if you can input video via USB Type-C, it can be displayed.

Note:

  1. When connected to the Switch, you cannot use the buttons (shortcut keys) on the tablet itself. You cannot use the pen either (you cannot do things like zoom in).
  2. Naturally, tablets do not have speakers, so you will not hear any sound unless you use the Switch's earphone jack when connected.

If you do not have a USB-C to USB-A cable, please use the red USB cable from the 3-in-1 cable (see Figure 1-A below).

※Power cable:

  1. USB-C to USB-A cable (red USB-A plug side)
  2. Red USB cable of 3-in-1 cable
