Sometimes, you can't correctly output capital letters even if you have set those letters in the driver. Please kindly refer to the following instructions.
Step 1: Set any letters you want in the driver.
Note: No matter whether the letter you type is uppercase or lowercase when you set it in the driver, only the uppercase letters will appear on the page(like the picture below)
Step 2: After the configuration, when you press the shortcut, it will output the uppercase or lowercase letters based on the status of your keyboard.
For example, if you want to output the uppercase letters, you need to press "caps lock" on your keyboard before you press the shortcut.
