Device Disconnected

Kamvas 16 will not connect to my computer, even after installing drivers (latest version. Older version) same difference, all I get is "device disconnected". The pen display it self does turn on with greenlight, and display computers wallpaper but the pen will not work as it continues to say "device disconnected" Please help, how do I fix the issue?

    1. Since you're using a Windows computer, uninstall the driver and ensure that no tablet drivers or related files and folders are left on your computer. You can verify this by navigating to "C:/", "C:/Program Files", and "C:\Program Files (x86)" and deleting any tablet-related files and folders located there.
    2. Then, disconnect and reconnect your cables from your computer. If the pen can control the mouse cursor (whether on your tablet or your main display), then the issue is just the driver. Follow the steps in this article to reinstall the driver correctly: How to Install Huion Drivers on Windows.
    3. If the pen can't control the mouse cursor even without the driver, then the issue may be due to a hardware problem

    I'm having the same problem and none of the solutions are working.


    I have a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus and everything worked perfectly until yesterday. It's only to years old. I tried changing the cables and updating my computer, but nothing changed. It only works as a regular monitor.


    I'm really sad and disappointed because I really need this device to work, and suddenly stopped working. 


    I really hope we can find a solution.
