Working area of Huion driver software in Linux not working

 On Kubuntu 25.04, using wayland; tablet area does not detect my screen resolution properly, resulting in the driver app thinking my screen is a 1 by 1 pixel. screenshot shows the huion app not detecting the screen resolution of my screen

    Hi Keith (cklx622), our Linux driver requires the X11 desktop protocol to work. Thus, please follow the steps below to switch to the X11 protocol:

    1. Log out of the current session to return to the login scree (SDDM).
    2. At the bottom-right corner of the login screen or next to the username, locate the gear or settings icon.
    3. Click it to display the available session types. Then, select "Plasma (X11).
    4. Enter your password to login using the X11 session.
