huion inspiroy h950p - the side buttons on the table are not working

Hello everyone, everything was working fine until recently, but now I'm facing problems. The buttons are not working, but everything else is functioning properly. I've tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times and restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. I've searched online for solutions, but I haven't found anything that can help me. I'm hoping for your assistance.

  • Hi, xen. Does the driver detect the tablet? If it does, please try the following steps:

    1. Your tablet has a physical button to lock and unlock the press keys. Please ensure that it is unlocked so you can use them:
    2. On the driver, go to "Pen Tablet" tab > "Press keys" > ensure that the "Enable press keys" is ticked.
    3. Then, if you are using a Windows computer, go to "Settings" > "General" tab, and click the "Administrator privileges" button if you see it there, allow the driver the necessary administrative access to your computer, and wait for the driver to refresh. 
    4. If you're using Mac, go to "Security and Privacy" > "Privacy" > "Accessibility" tab > ensure that the "HuionTablet" is ticked. It would be better to reinstall the driver and follow the steps in these articles:
