Do you experience broken lines in Pen Display with Touch Bar?

You might experience situations where your pen draws broken lines, as shown in the pictures below. You may assume there is a problem with the pen itself. However, if your Pen Display features a Touch Bar or Dual Touch Bar and it appears to be functioning automatically without your input, the broken lines could likely be the result of a malfunctioning Touch Bar.


We recommend testing the drawing function using the diagnostic tool in the driver. Additionally, please record a video that clearly shows the problem in the diagnostic tool while in full screen. You can send the video to us at service@huion.com. Once we review the video and confirm the issue, we will provide you with a new version of the firmware that disables the Touch Bar function, allowing you to use the pen normally. 


If your pen display is out of warranty and you prefer not to spend much money on a new one, disabling the Touch Bar or Dual Touch Bar functions can be a good solution to restore the pen display's functionality.
