Regarding phone mode

Hello, so I have a tiny bit of a problem here. I'm a mobile phone user, and I draw using the HS64 model. I have a new phone, it's Infinix Hot 50 pro+ and whenever I connect my tablet to the said phone and tried pressing the buttons 3-5 seconds, it still won't turn into the mobile mode. It doesn't have an OTG feature since it's already built to be always turned on. So I can see the device is already connected but it still won't change. Can somebody please help or give some tips on how to solve this?

Hi, ling. You may need to update your HS64 tablet's firmware version. Please try the steps in this article:
- Windows: How to Update Your Huion Tablet's Firmware (Windows)
- Mac: How to Update Your Huion Tablet's Firmware (Mac)
If the firmware update does not resolve the issue, please email the following to service@huion.com for further assistance:
- Your tablet's serial number (starts with S/N, which can be found on the back of your tablet)
- Your tablet's firmware version (install the driver on a Mac or Windows computer, then go to "Settings (gear icon at the top-right corner) > "Device" tab)
- Your new phone model
- Screenshots of any errors you encountered when you tried to update the firmware
- Any important details that would help our support team find a solution to your issue

Dear Huion Support Team, I am writing to you today to request assistance with a significant issue I am facing with my Inspiroy H640P graphics tablet. Problem: After updating my Infinix GT 10 Pro phone to Android 14, my Huion Inspiroy H640P tablet has stopped working correctly. The pen input and tablet workspace are now completely different, making it impossible for me to use the device for drawing. Details: Tablet Model: Huion H640P Phone Model: Infinix GT 10 Pro Android Version: Android 14 Before the Android 14 update, the tablet worked perfectly with my Infinix phone running Android 13. The working area would automatically adjust to a specific section of the tablet, which allowed me to draw accurately. Now, with Android 14, the tablet's working area is mapped to the entire surface. This causes the cursor to be displaced and makes drawing even a simple circle or straight line completely impossible. My work has been stopped because of this issue, and I am very concerned. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I have already tried numerous solutions to fix this problem, including: Using multiple different USB-C cables and adapters. Checking and changing USB settings on my phone. Searching online forums and YouTube for a fix. To determine if the problem was with the tablet or the new Android OS in general, I tested my Huion H640P with other devices that also run Android 14. The tablet works perfectly on those other Android 14 devices. This leads me to believe the issue is a specific compatibility problem between the Infinix GT 10 Pro and the Huion H640P's firmware after the Android 14 update. I understand that downgrading my phone's operating system is not an option. As a result, I am hoping you can provide a solution. Could you please advise on any firmware updates, specific drivers, or a known solution to resolve this compatibility issue? Hi, Subham Sarkar, please try these steps:
1. Manually set your tablet to phone mode. You can find the steps in this article: How to Manually Set Your Tablet to Phone Mode.
2. If it won't work, update your tablet's firmware using a computer. Below are the steps for Windows and Mac computers (choose which type of computer you have access to):

  How to Update Your Huion Tablet's Firmware (Mac)
If you need further assistance, please email the following to service@huion.com:
1. Serial # (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
2. Order # (if your purchase is still within the warranty)
3. Your phone model and Android version
4. Your tablet's firmware version - you need to connect your tablet to a computer with our driver installed. On the driver, go to the "Settings" (gear icon at the top-right corner) > "Device" tab. Ensure the driver is already installed before connecting the tablet to the computer.
5. Link to a video that captures your issue. Please ensure we can see the tablet and your phone screen. You can upload the video to Google Drive or another online storage services, remove the restriction, and share the unrestricted link with us.
