Here are some reasons why the tracking information may not be available:
- Your package may be scanned more than once. The first package scan may be done upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge the receipt of the package.
- The first package scan may not be done until the delivery.
- For orders shipped by DHL or FedEx, there may be a final tracking number for tracking the status. If the original tracking number you received shows no information for 48 hours*, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with the final tracking number.
* NOTE: Sometimes, it may take up to 2-4 business days for the shipping partner to update the tracking information.
