Step 1: Log In to the Correct Website
- Make sure you are logging in to store.huion.com and not the official HUION website (huion.com). Your orders will only appear in the store where you made the purchase.
- Ensure you use the same email address for all purchases.
Step 2: Check Your Region
- HUION operates different regional stores, and your orders will only appear in the region where they were placed.
- Verify your current region by looking at the top-right corner of the page.
- If you need to switch regions, click the region selector and choose the correct one.
- Important Note:
- If you placed orders in multiple regions, you will need to switch between them to see each purchase. For example:
- If you purchased a pen tablet from the EU store, you must select the EU region to view your order.
- If you later bought a pen display in the US store, you must switch to the US region to view that order.
- Orders from different regions will not appear together in a single view.
