Driver stops working/ disappears from PC every time I close it

I don't know if this has been brought up before but I didn't see it. I've used my kamvas 19 pro and mini key dial thing for about 4 months now and the tablet works great with the key pad, the drivers are an absolute nightmare. I used to use a wacom tablet but I deleted those drivers so nothing should be conflicting with the new Huion drivers. The problem is every time I restart my pc or do anything that closes the driver window it disappears and is impossible for me to find again leaving me with messed up pressure, inconsistent right click function, and an eraser that doesn't work. While these issues can be fixed by using the install exe to uninstall and reinstall the drivers I don't want to have to do that every time.

Also it's not a pc specific issue because I have used the tablet on 2 PCs and had the same problem on both. I'm still on windows 10 with no intention of shelling out money for windows 11 anytime soon. Any help that can be offered would be appreciated.
