The sensitivity on my Huion tablet pen is backwards and the sensitivity adjustment screen won't let me change it

When I hover my pen over the screen, it detects it as maximum pressure, but when I press as hard as I can, it detects as minimum pressure. I've tried changing the resolution, cleaning my screen, adjusting the sensitivity, and even updating my graphics driver, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi, Ganicc ! . Did you purchase a new pen? If you did, it might be the wrong model. Please provide the following so I can check:
1. Your tablet model
2. First 5 digits of your serial number - found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N (Example: ABDE4SH12345 - just provide "ABDE4")
3. If you purchased a new pen, please provide the pen model or the link where you purchased it.
4. Your computer operating system and its version
5. Driver version you installed on your computer

Hello! It appears that the pen was the problem. I still had my old pen lying around and that one seems to work. Thank you!

Hi Ganicc !, thank you for your update. In that case, I believe you bought the wrong pen model. You can check the pen model of your tablet using this online form: Which pen is compatible with my Huion tablet?
