In a situation where I am unable/hard to switch to X11 (I'm using sway), is there any other alternatives?
Hi, Mangie Rockz. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We understand that switching to X11 can be challenging, especially if you're accustomed to Sway or other Wayland-based environments.
Currently, our driver is officially supported only on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Although X11 serves as a fallback for users on other distributions, we acknowledge that it may not be an ideal solution for everyone. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a native Wayland-compatible alternative due to the wide variety of Linux distributions and compositor implementations.
That said, we continually evaluate ways to enhance compatibility, and we appreciate your feedback—it helps us prioritize future development. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
