Hi, 宋宋. Please try the steps in this article: How to Fix Driver Settings Not Saved After Shutdown or Restart. If it doesn't solve your issue, please email the following to service@huion.com so we can look into this further:
1. Serial # (found on the back of your tablet, which starts with S/N)
2. Computer operating system and its version
3. Driver version
4. Firmware version
5. Drawing software and its version (please provide all software that has this issue)
6. Link to a video capturing the shortcuts you set on the driver, then switching to your drawing software and showing that the shortcut didn't work. Please ensure the restriction on the video link is removed.
