For security reasons, we do not keep a record of your password. If you have problems logging in to your account, kindly follow the steps below to reset your password:
A. Official site:
- Go to https://www.huion.com/.
- Click on the Login icon at the top right corner of the page then click "Login".
Click "Forget password", enter your email address and click "Send code".
Check your phone which is connected to your account for a text message containing the code.
Enter the code and your new password then click "Confirm".
B. Official online store:
- Go to https://account.huion.com/login or go to https://store.huion.com/ and click on the same Login icon similar to the image above.
- Click "Forgot Password".
Enter your email address associated with your Huion account and click "Continue".
You will then receive an email in your mailbox containing a link where you can create a new password. Check your spam or trash folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
C. For accounts in our support site for ticket tracking, FAQs, and forum discussions:
- Go to http://support.huion.com/support/login.
- Click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your email address associated with your support account and click "RESET MY PASSWORD".
- You will then receive an email in your mailbox containing a link where you can create a new password. Check your spam or trash folder if you can't find the email in your inbox.
- If in case you can't receive the email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you reset your password manually.
NOTE: You can use the same account in our official site, https://www.huion.com/, and official store, https://store.huion.com/. Your account on our support site, https://support.huion.com/, is a separate account.
