Huion note eb1011 and 2024 note eb1010 (what's up with these)

1-Do both of these models come with fingerprint Reader and sd card slot , 2- other than bigger battery is eb1010 running a newer version of Android 3- 2024 note ,what processor and internal ram and memory upgrades what are the specs and features compared. None of the above can be answered from your website. The website only tells me a bigger battery with bigger price. I want the best but Huion is not very clear on how to tell me why the 2024 note over 1st release.Any clarity would be great. I have already checked website and downloaded both pdf manuals to no avail. Thanks again JP. Anxious to purchase the best one for me

Hi Frank. We appreciate your interest in our Note Ink models. The EB1011 is the improved version of EB1010. Please refer below for answers to your questions:
1. Both models have finger reader, but only the EB1011 has an SD card slot (supports up to 2TB).
2. EB1010 and EB1011 are both running on Android 11.
3. Since EB1011 is the most recent version, I'd like to provide the information for this model instead. EB1011 adopts the ARM Mali-G52 chip, and runs with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM memory.
I suggest purchasing the EB1011 as this is the latest model we've released. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions.

hi and thank you for returning my query. I am confused, your site lists 2 different tablets in this section . one is the eb1011 and also showing is the 2024 model eb1010. the 1010 seems better in some specs like the folio case looks way better , bigger battery size and maybe other things like android os upgrade and there is the dilema. does the 1010 run a newer android version. and does the 1010 have sd card (i suppose no from your previous reply but please confirm) I know. they have different pen pressure same screen and dpi (nit brightness of the 2 if not the same. thanks again i would gladly pay an extra 50$ for the 1010 if it is the better machine all around. thank you for your time just want to use your product to the max of its abilities.

Hi, Frank. I understand your confusion. Both models are very similar in specs and whichever you choose depends on which specs are more important to you.
1. Folio leather case - the material for both models are similar. Only the design is different. This will depend on which design you prefer.
  The difference is the stylus storage wherein the EB1010 has magnetic stylus storage while EB1011 has holster storage position.
2. Battery size - the EB1010 has longer battery life:
  EB1010 - 20 hours of continuous writing, 33 hours of reading (4hours charging time)
  EB1011 - 15.5 hours of continuous writing, 25.5 hours of reading (3hours charging time)
3. Android OS Version - both are the same, which is on Android 11. Both models don't have any major OS upgrade (specifically, it can't be upgraded from Android 11 to Android 12 or newer version.)
4. SD Card - EB1010 does NOT have this feature. Only EB1011 has it (expandable up to 2TB).
5. Pen Pressure - yes, they have different pen pressure levels. EB1011 is higher with 8192 pen pressure levels.
6. PPI (Points Per Inch) - both are the same at 227 PPI.
7. Nit Brightness - I don't have the exact brightness value, but both have the same value. I'll update my post once I have the information.
8. Report Rate - EB1011 has a faster report rate compared to EB1010.
9. EB1010 has an antiglare paper-like film while EB1011 has an antiglare glass. The glass is more durable than the film.
The rest of the features are the same on both models. Depending on which feature is more important to you, both models are good choices.

Hey there, thanks for the above responses. They helped me buy the eb1011. Unfortunately it does not support a fingerprint Reader and even worse it does not support pinch to zoom in the note drawing program. I just wanted to let you know I bought the eb1011 from the E bay huion store so I guess the fingerprint thing was not correct. That could be livable but no pinch to zoom when sketching is rough. If you know if I am doing something incorrect with the above please let me know, and once again thank you

2. Serial # (S/N)
3. Link to a video of the fingerprint reader and pinch to zoom issues. Please use your phone in taking the video so we can see your tablet screen and your fingers.
